The Lila Cockrell Theatre is located on the eastern wing of the Henry B. González Convention Center campus.

Prime Access: The theatre features its own dedicated main entrance facing Market Street, as well as direct interior access from the convention center concourse and the River Walk lagoon level.
Driving Directions
From San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Head south on US-281 S/I-37 S toward downtown. Take exit 141A for Commerce St. Turn right onto E. Commerce St, then turn left onto S. Alamo St, and left onto E. Market St.
From the North / Austin
Take I-35 South to I-37 South. Take exit 141A (Commerce St) and follow the route to E. Market St.
Parking
Ample parking is available within a short walking distance of the theatre. The City of San Antonio operates two primary parking garages directly adjacent to the facility:

Go Rio River Cruises
The iconic river taxis stop directly at the convention center lagoon, right outside the theatre's lower-level doors. It’s the most scenic way to arrive from any River Walk hotel.
VIA Metropolitan Transit
The city's bus system operates multiple "VIVA" routes that connect the theater directly to major cultural hubs, historic districts, and the Alamo.
Bike Share
San Antonio offers a robust bikeshare network with a docking station located right on the convention center plaza.
